In an effort to help you have the best possible wireless experience, we have tested wireless adapters and have determined that the following adapters consistently deliver the highest level of performance.
Desktop PCs

Tivo
At some of Airimba's properties, you will need an Engenius ECB-3220 (wireless bridge) to connect your tivo to the network. Please call customer service at 1-888-859-3510 for further information.
Problematic Adapters
Airimba has identified the following wireless adapters as problematic because they have poor receive sensitivity, low transmit power, or overall poor performance:
- Apple Airport/Airport Extreme wireless adapter - low receive sensitivity and low transmit power
- Most USB Sticks from Belkin, Linksys, Netgear, D-Link, Buffalo -low receive sensitivity, low transmit power, and weak internal antenna
- Some early Dell internal wireless adapters and early Intel Centrino wireless adapters - low transmit power and low receive sensitivity (model #2100 B-grade only)
